Simon Cowell don't like Billie Eilish music,Calls Act 'Worst Live Performance'
Both contortionist Marina Mazepa and dance group Light Balance Kids chose to perform to Billie’s songs. The 17-year-old singer is a huge star these days, but music mogul Simon Cowell doesn’t seem very impressed.
Marina Mazepa Performs To Billie Eilish
Dancer and contortionist marina mazepa showed off a creepy routine set to Billie’s song “You Should See Me in a Crown.” Simon buzzed the act, and he was the only judge not to give her a standing ovation for the performance.
Simon said the routine was “boring,” and added, “I hated the music as well.” The crowd booed him throughout his critique.
Light Balance Kids Perform To Billie Eilish
This Ukrainian dance group performed a skeletal routine set to Billie’s popular track “Bad Guy,” which is huge hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. At one point during their performance, the music transitioned into the Jonas Brothers’ “Sucker.”
Julianne Hough seemed to be a fan of the music choice. “It’s amazing what a great song can do,” she said, “because it gives you inspiration to go above and beyond what you think is possible.”
Simon disagreed. “It didn’t have the wow factor, I didn’t like the music,” he said, calling the performance “tame” compared to the group’s previous routines.
